At current only Celestial Being will be available for play as a faction. If and when enough players show interest in playing other factions and making or taking characters within them, then more will be made available.

As an amendment to this stance, if anyone would like to make alternate pc's you are welcome to make as many as you like within limits. If you start to slack on activity with any character we'll take a look at whether you've bitten off too much to handle.
